Hollis Barker, 90, of 1375 S. Grant Ave, died at 3:55 a.m. Friday in Ben Hur Home Inc. Prior to being a resoident there, she had lived at Waynetown and was a graduate of Waynetown HS. She was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church. Mrs. Barker was born April 14, 1905 at Waynetown to Thomas E. and Minnie Phillips Wilson. She married George Bakrer on May 21, 1927. He is deceased.
Surviving are two sons, George W. Jr and James, both of Waynetown; a daughter, Mrs. Sandra Kay McDonald of Waynetown; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Four sisters and three brothers are deceased. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Monday in Cramer-Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown with Ron Raffignone officiating. Burial will b ein Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home two hours pror to services. Memorials may be made to the Waynetown Baptist Church. - kbz
